How accurate is the laser level really?
±1/9 in at 33 ft (±3 mm at 10 m), measured on a granite bench at 20 °C. The number in the spec table is the worst case across the batch, not the best unit we found.
Why does my laser blink instead of settling?
Almost always the pendulum lock is half engaged. Slide the switch fully until it clicks. If it still blinks on a surface you believe is flat, the tilt is beyond ±4° — put it on a tripod and re-check.
How do I recalibrate the food thermometer?
Fill a glass with crushed ice and water, stir, insert the probe 2 in and hold the CAL button for 5 seconds until the display flashes. It settles at 32 °F. If it lands more than 1 °F off after two attempts, contact support.
Is the probe dishwasher safe?
The probe and shaft are; the display body is IP67 and washable under a tap but should not go through a dishwasher cycle. Hand wash the body.
Can I use the IR gun on people or pets?
No. It is a surface thermometer for objects, calibrated for industrial and kitchen use. Body temperature needs a different sensor and a different certification.
What does the warranty cover?
18 months from delivery against manufacturing defects and calibration drift beyond published spec. It does not cover drops that crack the housing, water ingress beyond the IP rating, or normal wear on batteries.
Do you sell replacement parts?
Brackets, pouches, probes and battery doors are available for every tool we have made since 2020. Email support with the model and we will send a price list.
Do you ship outside the US?
Through Amazon and Walmart we reach the US and Canada; TikTok Shop covers the US. For the EU and UK, contact us and we will point you at the regional distributor.
