Where we ship

Orders placed on Amazon, Walmart or TikTok Shop follow that marketplace's delivery network and coverage. Direct wholesale shipments are arranged case by case.

Delivery times

Marketplace estimates are shown at checkout. Our own fulfilment ships within one business day of a cleared order.

Returns

Returns are handled by the marketplace you bought from: 30 days for Amazon, 90 days for Walmart, and the TikTok Shop window shown at purchase. Keep the box and accessories for a faster refund.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the box and the unit before opening it further, then contact the marketplace first. If they send you to us, email support with the photos and the order reference.

Warranty returns

For a defect inside the 18-month warranty, email support with the serial number. We ship the replacement before you return the faulty unit in most cases.
