Laser products
Our laser levels use Class 2 diodes under IEC 60825-1 and are registered as laser products under FDA 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11. Class 2 means the blink reflex is your protection: do not stare into the beam, do not point it at people, and do not use magnification to look along the line.
Each unit ships with the required aperture label and a caution label in the language of the destination market. Replacement labels are free.
Food-contact products
Probe shafts are 304 stainless steel with food-contact compliant finishes. Materials meet FDA food-contact requirements and LFGB for the EU. Probes are dishwasher safe; the display body is not.
Batteries and shipping
Products containing lithium cells are tested to UN 38.3 and ship under the applicable air-freight rules. Alkaline cells are shipped installed with an isolation tab.
Report a safety issue
If a unit behaves in a way that worries you — a laser that will not stop, a probe that reads wildly, a battery that heats — stop using it and email support@aiktryee.com with the model and batch code. Safety reports go to the front of the queue.
