What we collect

When you email us, register a product, post in the community or subscribe, we store what you submit: name, email, message, and the product or serial number you provide. Our server logs keep the IP address of form submissions for abuse prevention.

Accounts and cookies

If you create a visitor account we also store your name, country, the page and referrer you arrived from, your browser identifier, IP address and a visit count. A first-party cookie (at_visitor) remembers the account for up to 12 months; declining the invitation sets at_visitor_skip for 5 days. Neither cookie is used for advertising. You can clear them in your browser at any time, and you can ask us to delete the account record.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising pixels before you consent. We do not require an account to read anything on this site.

Analytics

If measurement tools are enabled on this site, they only load after you accept the cookie notice. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser.

Community posts

Posts are public and remain searchable. Use a first name if you prefer; do not post order numbers, addresses or anything you would not put on a forum.

Retention

Support threads are kept for three years so we can track recurring faults. You can ask us to delete your records at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. Email us and we will action it within 30 days.
