One million units shipped — thank you
This month the counter rolled past 1,000,000 tools and thermometers shipped since 2020. A note on what that number means to us.
Six years ago our first pallet left Shenzhen with 600 thermometers on it. This month, somewhere between a kitchen in Ohio and a job site in Texas, we shipped unit number 1,000,000.
We are a small company, so that number belongs to the people who reviewed, returned, complained and recommended us. Every revision of every product since 2020 traces back to a customer email.
What changes next: more engineering, not more SKUs. The roadmap for the next year is accuracy certification you can download per batch, and repair parts for every tool we have ever made.
